This class utilizes resistance bands to work your gluteus maximus to the max! Booty Band-it is designed to strengthen, lift, sculpt and tone the booty, legs and tummy. All of the exercises featured in this class can be completed without resistance bands. These classes also are easily adaptable for all fitness levels and a great complement to Power Up, HIIT Em’ Up and Tone Every Zone classes.
