A hard, fast and effective 45-minute total body, strength and conditioning workout, this interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and burn fat for hours after the class has finished.

- Olympic weightlifting movements
- Powerlifting movements
- Gymnastics, including pull up variations and toes to bar
- Squat and deadlift variations
- Box jumps
- Double-Unders
