This class uses a variety of equipment and training techniques to work every major muscle group in your body. It includes power, strength, endurance and flexibility training for complete, total body conditioning that strengthens, builds muscle, producing amazing results, fast!
Some movements you can expect to do:
Power Up is designed for all fitness levels. These are low-impact sessions that focus on building your body from the ground up, leaving no muscle behind. These sessions combine aerobic and anaerobic activity to ensure you are building strength, cardio and endurance. Each training session has a specific focus of upper body, lower body, full body, calisthenics, agility and, finally, cardio and core. This varied training system ensures you will continue to shock your muscles helping you to quicken your results making you leaner and stronger faster!
